Back to the grindstone, does DOGE ever stop? And inspire? DOGE has caused a stir in the states and I am happy to say that Louisiana has their own DOGE now! Here’s week 17 in review:
Day 112 of DOGE: The Dept. of Energy is reducing its bureaucracy, starting with 47 slices of deregulation!
Joe Gebbia, famed co-founder of Airbnb, doesn’t have to work late nights in D.C. for almost nothing. But he loves America, and he’s leading a team to transform the Office of Personnel Management into the best world-class institution.
More wasteful contracts cancelled, saving an immediate $200 Million (with a ceiling value of $646 Million).

Stopping Medicaid fraud will allow for more money to help those who need it most: low-income seniors, pregnant women, kids, and people with disabilities. Sadly, legacy media does not report on this.
Day 114 of DOGE: If we compare this year to last year, money spent on non-defense federal obligations is 20.5% less than the same period last year. That represents significant savings.
Day 116: Throughout our government, there are examples of waste, but finding them isn’t simple. It takes effort, and DOGE has the patience to do it consistently.
Day 117: The U.S. Postal Service is not only antiquated and inefficient but also was spending about $800,000 on training employees in negotiation skills.
My thoughts
No DOGE, no America, it really is that simple.
